Method of Registration

Registration shall be made by using Online Registration Form.
To submit an abstract, you are required to register first.

 

Entitlements

Participants:
Congress registrants are entitled for the followings:
Access to all scientific sessions, poster presentations and exhibition
Daily coffee breaks, lunches for 2 days (3/8, 3/9), breakfast (3/9)
Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception (3/8 night)
Congress satchel with program, abstract and related information
Congress badge


Accompanying Persons:
Registered accompanying persons are entitled for the followings:
Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception
Access to exhibition but not to any scientific sessions
Congress badge

 

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a semiautomatic receipt of your registration immediately upon receiving your registration form online. An official recognition of your registration will be informed later when the formal processes (including card credibility check) were completed (usually within 1- 2 weeks). If you register and do not receive a confirmation 2 weeks later, please contact with Secretariat. You can bring a copy of your registration form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.

 

Liabilities

All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.

 

Method of Payment

All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payment can be made by the following methods.

By credit card (VISA, Master, Amex, or JCB Card only)
Please fill in the Credit Card information in the Online Registration Form on the website, and submit to the Secretariat office to complete your registration.

By bank transfer
Please contact to the secretariat if you wish to make payment by bank transfer.

On-site Registration
Payment is requested to be made in cash (Japanese Yen).

 

Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat.
75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to January 31, 2014. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible.
All approved refunds will only be made after the Congress.
